Vermont Childrens Theater Presents - THE MIKADO The Vermont Children's Theater presents three musicals each summer, all performed by local children from 7 years old through graduating high school seniors. The hapless lovers in THE MIKADO are mercilessly buffeted by social restrictions, legal inconsistencies, judicial inequities, government stupidities, and that's just the first act! Poor dears - it would be absolutely tragic if it weren't so hysterically funny. Performances: Thursday, July 17th at 7:00 p.m., Friday, July 18th at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, July 19th at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 20th at 2:00 p.m For additional information please visit the Vermont Childrens Theater website! Bread and Puppet Theater in Glover During July and August Bread and Puppet has performances on Fridays at 8 pm and Sundays at 4pm. Tours of the museum are available at 2pm on Sundays. Willoughby Gap Farmstand Janice Solinsky and Linda Britt are hardworking sisters, who together with their families, run a fun and entertaining farmstand. The farm, on 3 Lake Road in West Burke, Vermont has been in the family for 3 generations and their old wooden silo is still standing! Both proud grandmothers, they enjoy raising children, vegetables and creating one-of-kind crafts. Come visit their farmstand, for a unique Vermont experience! Well known for their scavenger hunts, antique tractors, hay rides, scenic picnic area, petting zoo, and a green bean teepee where your children can eat the walls the Willoughby Gap Farmstand is a local favorite!
