Announcing the new NEKTTA E-NEWSLETTER

Put your vacation packages and events in front of over 20,000 email recipients!

NEKTTA is sponsoring a new vacation packages marketing campaign which is scheduled to begin in late February. As a part of the new campaign, NEKTTA will create an online newsletter which will highlight various aspects of the Kingdom and highlight NEK vacation packages as the ideal way to experience all the Kingdom has to offer. The purpose of the newsletter is to entice recipients to visit the Northeast Kingdom.

Each issue will include an article about the Northeast Kingdom, highlight a few vacation packages, and list events happening in the upcoming month.


Who Can Participate:

All NEKTTA Marketing Partners, including lodging, dining, attractions, real estate, educational facilities, and retail stores. If you have a vacation package you would like to promote, we want to hear from you. A vacation package combines the services of two or more area businesses. What We Need From You:

NEKTTA is seeking vacation packages and events to highlight in each issue of the newsletter. Packages and events could be related to the editorial, but it is not required. Additional ideas and submissions are welcome.

Please note: only a limited number of Vacation Packages and events will be included in each issue. Please review the editorial schedule and reserve your space, on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis for a maximum of TWO ISSUES.

To reserve your space, contact the NEKTTA office by email at ann@travelthekingdom.com. Please let us know your two preferred newsletter issues, and a third choice in the event an issue is full. Once we have compiled our reservation list, we will confirm by email with you the allocated months your packages will be featured.

Once your space has been reserved, you may submit your packages and events at any time before the due date. Your vacation packages and events must be listed on the travelthekingdom.com website in order to be included in a newsletter. Packages should be uploaded using the Vacation Packager template found in the Marketing Partners section of the travelthekingdom.com website. Events should be emailed to info@travelthekingdom.com. Please pay close attention to the materials deadline. Failure to submit your package or event by the materials deadline date may result in the omission of your package from that month’s newsletter.



SUMMARY -- What You Need to Do to Participate:

  1. Look over the editorial list and deadlines
  2. Choose two months you are interested in, and a third just in case
  3. Email us to reserve your space – FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
  4. Put together your best packages – use a favorite or create a new one
  5. Post your package on the NEKTTA website (if not already posted) at http://www.travelthekingdom.com/vacation-packager/create_package.php
  6. Email your events to info@travelthekingdom.com
  7. Your packages and events will be emailed to NEKTTA’s newsletter database – over 20,000 recipients!
